Questions owners ask
Is SokoPoint Mini really free?
Yes. Mini is free for you and one attendant and up to 50 products, with 5 receipt checks and 4 stock counts a month. When you need more, move to Starter, and your records come with you.
Do I need to buy new equipment?
No. SokoPoint runs on the computer you already use, with your barcode scanner, and on any Android phone. A phone camera can scan barcodes too.
What happens when the internet goes?
Selling, receiving, counting and closing all keep working. Everything sends when the connection comes back.
My staff don't read well. Will they manage?
Yes. Screens use pictures, colours and big buttons, with one job per screen. Most staff are selling within the first hour.
Won't my staff feel watched?
SokoPoint doesn't accuse anyone. It keeps an honest record, which protects honest staff too. Small slips get a reminder; only real patterns reach you.
Can I bring in my products from my old system?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file, or take photos of your stock book and SokoPoint reads them.
